  • All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Canada

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total, location, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — watch for those!


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey.

❗ Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver all orders on time:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved in transit, reach out to us and we’ll help you investigate and resolve the issue.


🛑 Wrong Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


📮 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
